The Case Management System, developed for the DIG Office Chattogram, is a comprehensive digital platform designed to streamline the recording, management, and monitoring of victim cases from initiation to resolution. The system enables authorized personnel to perform structured case entry, ensuring accurate and organized case registration from the beginning.
The platform provides efficient case tracking, allowing officers and supervisors to monitor case progress in real time and ensure timely handling. Through the Instruction & Response Management feature, supervisors can easily provide case-specific instructions, while assigned officers can respond with updates or clarifications, ensuring clear and documented communication within the system.
Custom Case Questions enables authorized users to add case-specific queries and gather relevant information tailored to different types of cases. Crime data analytics and visual charts help identify trends, patterns, and case types, supporting better decision-making and strategic planning. Additionally, the Case Report Generation feature allows users to generate structured and printable reports containing all case details, updates, and communications for official use and sharing with authorized stakeholders.
