In almost all cases, the demand for the Rice distribution system cannot be met by pre-positioned supplies due to uncertainty and corruption. Government UNO collects and coordinates a large number of rice supplies annually. These supplies are planned and prepared by government agencies, or they are obtained from various sources, including funds provided by the government of various types, amounts, and conditions. They could be kept anywhere in the country, whether close by or far away. It's never easy or simple to keep track of these supplies.
